Our Coach for Nationals last year and one of the Head Coaches this Year Lance Dupler !!!!!!!!

Lance Dupler was a High School Coach for Sheridan High School for 11 years. With a very sucessful winning percentage of 60% over his years there and 133 wins. With 7 wins in the OHSAA Tournament. Lance has also been a teacher for over 19 yrs. Lance is also In the Hall of fame in Sheridan as a Coach and player. Lance was a multiple sports star, lettering three years in football and basketball. He also garnered all-district and all-MVL awards in both. He then attended Wittenburg University where his basketball team had a record of 105-14. The team also had four conference championships and appeared in the NCAA tournament

For the past 33 years I have played, coached or have been an official in the sport of Basketball. As the Director of EAD Sports Institute & Hoops365_, the main objective is to create a more dynamic and explosive athlete for any sport. There is a scientific method, speed can be taught. F = M x A It has been my passion to teach and help all those whom I come in contact with. There is a true need to develop young athletes; it must be done in the early stages of their career so that they may have a chance to grow in the game. Basketball is an all year sport, when we are not playing we are teaching or training, always striving for perfection!

An organization put together simply for the development of our young kids. Bringing them together showing them what hard work, and determination can bring. We as parents go to all the games stand in the crowd cheer, and boo all while watching our kids grow before our eyes. Our group just decided to do it together as a family. A group focused on growth, disipline, and hard work as a team will help our young boys grow into men. Instead of just cheering for one we cheer for a group a bench full of them Cardinals !!!!
